“Exceptional - would recommend without hesitation”
The best

Exceptional property - clean, large, high standard of furniture etc. and had everything needed in terms of equipment. Location was great - up a hill, but a very handy 'escalator' gets people up the slope from the city with no effort. The apartment was quiet and had nice views over the busy neighbourhood. A bar just round the corner was friendly and good value too. Hosts were amazing with the entry instructions and providing other information too - this is how a rental property should be run. Would thoroughly recommend if you are thinking of a stay in lovely Bilbao.

We had a great stay at Matiko Bilbao! The location is excellent – close to everything and very convenient for exploring the city. Everything was in perfect order, and we really appreciated the helpful tips we received before check-in. It made our arrival much easier. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit!

The accommodation is very spacious and has good blinds in the windows.

To be improved

The location is not the best as it is located on a hill. I would appreciate more equipment in the kitchen including basic things like tea and coffee. However, a cafe is right across the street.
