The property is within easy access to centre. The apartment has plenty of space , the beds are extremely comfortable. The showers are powerful , and the bathrooms have plenty of room and clean

To be improved

There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property. The location was perfect to visit Bilbao centre but also close enough for the ferry . The communication and directions / instructions were fantastic. We will definitely be using this apartment again in the near future. Just to add we couldn’t get into the parking space however don’t let this put you off . The just advised of a Tel park / carpark with a 3/4 minute walk which was ideal as the carpark was secure. The host was quick to reply to any question and on hand to help . It was a large duplex , we are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children and didn’t use 1- bedroom and 1x bathroom

“Nice and host pleasant but not as pictures”

It was clean and in a good location .

To be improved

The only thing is it wasn't as expected and I tried to contact booking.com via their message service to no avail. The apartment was clean and fine but nothing like the pictures. Bunk beds and a put up bed where there was a big bed in a ground floor flat on the pictures.

“Horrible sofa bed”

For adults there is a Sofa bed, that was simply horrible, the mattress is Sinn so you feel the metal structure underneath.

“Read the accommodation rules!”

The best

Spacious, comfortable, clean, and good location. Possibility to sort garbage. I recommend using the city parking lots, which are very close and cheaper.

To be improved

The terrace was smaller than the photos, with dead plants and not very comfortable. There could have been more kitchen utensils. The rule that the dishwasher must be finished by the time of check-out is not pleasant, because people often eat a late breakfast. Read the accommodation rules.

“Cons: The walls are not so well insulated, and in one of the other apartments, they had some party, and almost all night, we weren't able to sleep. I had the feeling that they were in the same room with us.”
