Location, maybe a bit too noise because of surrounding restaurants, nicely furnished

To be improved

Entrance looks like after second ww, because of lift implementation… and cockroaches…

“We loved staying in the old town and found lots to do in and also outside of Bilbao”
The best

Fantastic location in the centre of the old town and easy to walk to other parts of Bilbao. Lots of lively bars and restaurants to choose from. Public transport is easy to use and the tourist office offers helpful advice about bus routes and metro if you need it The flat is nicely furnished and the rooms are spacious. There are comfortable beds and chairs. The photographs online are accurate

To be improved

The entrance and stairs feel a little perilous as repairs are underway. The door locks are tricky to operate. The shower has to be hand held as the wall fixture doesn't function properly.

No sink or bath plugs - so I don't get advertising a bath you can't use one of the reasons I chose this because at home it's all showers and I love a bath - but you deffo need a plug
