“I am glad the check in was possible a bit sooner than mentioned in the first message. In general the place was clean, well located, and easily accessible. · Cons: The Bruno room should not be meant for 4 people. I travelled with my parents and if I knew from the beginning that the room is that small and with bunk beds, I would have never booked it. I don't know if it is a website fault but it showed pictures with two beds next to each other or two sofa beds and the apartment looked bigger and more comfortable. Maybe it is also misleading to call it an apartment. It is more like a room with a kitchenette and bath. We had a hard time to fit - 4 adults and 4 luggage, we did not feel comfortable and the bunk bed is not comfortable. Also the bathroom door is not possible to close. At 4 pm it is quite late in general for a check in and one needs to plan where to leave luggage meanwhile. I would like to suggest that this could be improved. It should also be a bit clearer that the parking will be charged extra and that it needs to be booked ahead. It is also weird that you have a coffee machine in the room and no capsules. I would suggest, you could leave at least a few coffee capsules for the guests. At least for the first day. Considering that the check in is so late and check out at 11am, it feels also a bit unfair that you ask for a total clean up with taking out trash and cleaning up the kitchen - this way one needs to really hurry up with breakfast to manage having the dishwasher done as you request. It felt stressful too. I don't mean anything in a mean way, just expressing our honest opinion about our experience.”

“The location of this apartment was close to many restaurants, close to the university, and to the river. · Cons: Location: Far from the city center and major bus stops. No water from the tap in the kitchen. I stayed there for 4-5 days, but there was no room service/cleaning, at least after 2-3 days.”

“We appreciated the facilities like the location near by the city center, security was just fine and the codes were easy to use. The apartment is good for a family trip. We had a nice stay. But..,.. · Cons: But..,: The bed sheets were not changed, we didn't have blankets, there was a strong smell of chlorine and the floor wasn't wiped. Overall we thank you! 🙏🩵 ”

There were no towels. How do you offer a night's accommodation without towels? The owner refused to provide any refund for this which I think is completely unacceptable.
