I booked this apartment last minute due to a cancelled flight. I was able to book and pay for the apartment but unable to contact the owner to get details on where to get the keys. This was due to a power outage. I was very disappointed that the owner refused to return my money even though I could not stay there and I had to book a hotel around the corner for my family. While it was not the owners fault that there was I power outage, I found it very bad form that he refused to return my money when I could not stay in his apartment.

Lots of ants due to it being a ground floor property. The code system for the door is a bit temperamental, clear instructions for guests would be beneficial prior to arrival. Guests should know 1) which door to enter property 2) which number key box and code, 3) clear instructions on where property is located in the complex 4) how to operate the electronic door lock or issue a key card to simply entering property.
