Apartment is really nice, plenty room for a family of 4. The place is well maintained and clean. I can’t say any bad word for the apartment. If you book here with small kids or older people you need to have a car to get to the beach. There is no parking available for the property, you have to park on the street which is always busy. The pool area is spotless also. So now the BAD things about our stay. We arrived to the apartment around 11pm as our flight was delayed. We tried to open the apartment complex door with code they gave us, didn’t work. I went through all the phone numbers they gave us. No one picked up the emergency phone number. There was another number I called, lady picked up the phone. She said she will open the door remotely, didn’t work…. She said we are not at the right place and hang up phone on us. We tried to call her again and again, no answer!!!! It was already midnight, standing there with two tired small children. No one came to help to open the door. We were sitting in the car for a while then we decided to go to a hotel for a night. Luckily we rented a car! In a morning we called the same lady again. She was so so rude telling us it’s only 7 am and she not supposed to deal with anyone this time and hang up phone. I went to the apartment complex door again and I was waiting there for someone to leave so I can get in. Luckily someone let me in. I had no problem the open the apartment door with the code I had. In the apartment there was a key for the main door. We had such a stressful night and morning. After settling down in the apartment I got an email from booking.com saying my booking was cancelled. We didn’t cancelled. there was office phone number, we called the office and they said we cancelled the booking and we gonna get some refund. I told them we didn’t do it and want to stay. She said no problem but we have to pay extra 70€ for some cleaning fee. I said I’m not gonna pay for anything after the night. Everything went well.

“finding it for the first time is a nightmare and the instructions doesn't help”

To be improved

the first time access is very difficult, we spent about 40 minutes trying to find the apartment, the access to the building itself was impossible and we were let in by random people leaving, the instructions provided by the owner over the messages were useless, we have tried calling to the phone number provided but were unable to communicate. the communication time after we checked in and asked where to take out the trash the owner took full day to respond, by the way it is behind the building you can find plenty of metal doors where the rubbish bins are located. The apartment itself is a little dark, what you can not see in the photos, it is dated but overall matches it's pricing. once you get into the apartment everything sorts out since you find a key there for the front access.

Fully equiped apartment, with everything you can need (dishwasher, ketler, nespreso machine, microwave... big screen smart tv, extra pillows, blankets, iron)

To be improved

Noisy street during night and early in the morning, you cant sleep with your window opened
