“A well-kept hotel with friendly staff, few service details could be improved”

The facilities are well-maintained and pleasant. Rooms are on the smaller side but generally comfortable and adequate. The swimming pools tend to get overcrowded, especially during peak hours. Most of the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were a couple of less welcoming interactions. The restaurant by the pool is a nice option, but it’s not air-conditioned — which can be disappointing on particularly hot days. On the bright side, the food is served quickly and the quality is consistently good.

To be improved

They require a €10 deposit for pool towels, and if you want a clean one during your stay, there’s a €2 charge per towel — something I believe should be included in the service. The pool rules aren’t clearly explained, which leads to confusion and frequent whistling from the lifeguard. The buffet is underwhelming. Dinner feels overpriced for the quality offered, and it closes at 21:30 — quite early considering the long summer evenings. Also, be aware that many guests “reserve” sun loungers early in the day, making it hard to find a free one if you don’t do the same.

“Truly wonderful Hotel”

Truly wonderful hotel, organized down to the smallest detail: - Truly delicious and varied cuisine, with different themed evenings (sushi nights, etc.) - Possibility to rent bikes (electric and regular) and electric scooters - Free shuttle service with new buses to two beaches every 30 minutes - Just 1 km from the beach and the city, both easily reachable on foot - Shop at the entrance with clothes, souvenirs, and a small market for water and other essentials - Taxi transport to the airport organized directly by the hotel These were the features that surprised us the most and truly made our stay better. As for the hotel itself, the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was excellent — clean and maintained daily. - Pools, bars, spa, and evening activities every night from 9:30 pm onwards, perfect for entertaining both kids and adults. What can I say — a hotel I would recommend to anyone planning a great vacation in Palma. A big thank you to all the staff!

“Best family holidays”

The best

Everything. All staff since reception, to restaurants, pool bar, kid club. I have no words, really. We were super glad with everything. The food was amazing...with loads options. Kids club were also very good with staff qualified and with experience. My sons really love it. The pools were also very good...is always good enjoying the sun and have a cocktail 😀 We did rent a car, but we decided to stay in hotel instead as everything was very pleasant

The mosquitos in the evening, but hotel doesn't have fault and they can't control that.
