“Nice clean apartment well equipped in a good location. Supermarkets nearby and plenty of nice restaurants. Taxi rank at the end of las palmeras near the beach if you didn't fancy the walk to marina or arroyo. It is on a street but it was really quite on an evening and at night. Balcony is nice and sunny in the morning with nice views across. · Cons: No WiFi and no response from company after check in No information in the apartment. I would expect a folder with information about the apartment, check out etc When the Aircon is on the balcony is like an oven due to the heat from the Aircon unit”

“Noisy impossible to sleep well located apartment”

Cleaningness Location close to the beach The service of Borja from the management company.

To be improved

The apartment faces a 24h very busy road. Impossible to sleep The apartment has no blinds, and the curtains are not blocking the light. The building is poorly maintained and reeks of weed. Not feeling safe inside the building , you meet people in the building corridors that if you would find them in the street , you would cross to the other side of the road

Amazing location, everything within short walk, flat is tidy and has everything necessary, pool is nice warm and clean.

To be improved

As a suggestion - couple of foldable beach chairs would be nice gesture as pool doesn't have loungers.

Location, main street. Restaurants downstairs,few minutes away from the beach.

To be improved

Noisy. Honks and traffic all day/night—even with windows shut. Not for light sleepers. Doors and handles were old, didn’t close right. Came with €200 cash for deposit, but asked to use my card instead.

This is a beautiful appt, it was very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen utilities very modern. Very near beach, shops and cafes
