To be improved

I arrived around 11:00 PM and shortly after plugging in my phone charger, the power in the room went out. I informed the receptionist, who came up to take photos of the switches and said he would return in 10 minutes. As I was traveling with my young daughter who was already very tired, I informed him we were going to sleep. Unfortunately, he returned and knocked on the door at 1:00 AM, waking us both up, which was very disruptive.

The extra space giving us a lounge to relax in after a busy day.

To be improved

The restaurant is being refurbished so had to go to local cafe for breakfast. Choice was very limited. Would have preferred to have known about restaurant whilst booking to opt out of breakfast
