Worst conditions and service we have ever experienced. We were told after the arrival that the AC remote was broken and that they ordered a new one online that was supposed to arrive the next day. The AC was on but we couldnt turn it off, there was no switch. On that first night we were freezing in the master bedroom. My wife had to sleep on the sofa bed with the kids. On the second night they turned the AC off and it was so hot that no one slept during the night. On the third day, they entered the apartment without our permission when we were away (very bad privacy issue) and told us later that the new remote didnt work so they turned the AC on and we were freezing again the rest of the nights! In conclusion, we spent 4 nights and never had a good night sleep. They told us they will refund the first night but we paid too much for the conditions and service we had. The contact person was never helpful and failed to answer our multiple messages during the stay. The wifi was really bad, we reported it and no one answered. The hygiene was another issue. The toilet brush was really dirty and the toilet smeled like swear. We definitely don't recommend this place.
