The apartment itself is excellent. It was clean, freshly renovated, there are dishes for cooking and set the table, there is a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, board for drying clothes.

To be improved

Very and very noisy street, it is narrow, there is a restaurant, as well as a restaurant and probably a nightclub (otherwise I can not explain the singing and screaming people at 4 am), also echoes from all the conversations, who passes by, if you want to rest a little later, you will not be able to do it, as you can hear everything. The windows are windproof, but not noisy. There is also no corkscrew in the apartment if you want to drink local wine. No butter, sugar or coffee, mind you. Usually apartments have these products. Also the towels were only large, there were no towels for face and feet. Very uncomfortable pillows, we slept on small ones from the sofa

“Apartment in city center on a noisy street”
The best

Easy check-in, spacious studio with all the utilities that one could need. Kitchen fully equipped, location right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches. The fact that the bedroom is somehow separated from the other part of the apartment is a good think, the is enough space to deposit your thinks and also a washing machine that is very useful for long stays. We stayed 14 days and the apartment had all that we needed.

To be improved

It is very very noisy area, the windows face the street and due to the fact that the location is near bars and city center..all night you hear tourists and shouting, also public cleaning services that wash the street at 3 AM. The windows are not sound proof, and when you close them it gets really warm inside (this is quite normal for Tenerife, but still too noisy). The wi-fi worked well bit for some video calls we had some slight problems.

The apartment felt cozy, it was clean and had a modern but simplistic feel to it. Had all the facilities you needed. Others commented on the wifi but I had managed to have access to it which was a bonus. Had fans given which was useful too :)
