Perfect location,central located, close to all amenities.

To be improved

Apartment could be better equipped for that price.just essentiall things in the kitchen. There were several cockroaches in the apartment. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped and the dishes better washed. The faucet on the sink is worn out and you have to be careful when turning on the hot water because you can easily get burned. worn out bathroom faucet, ventilation never cleaned.

I didnt like the amount of steps i had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to the top floor and the lift was out of action i am 74 years old and am waiting on a hip replacement

The building is in bad shake, the neighbors are awkward and noisy . The lift is out of service for a long time and unlikely to be repaired . It’s probably my worst experience with booking.com.

The best

The location is superb. The value for money is very good, my stay was ‘ out of season. There was good facilities inside the apartment, eg iron, hairdryer toiletries and good quality towels plus all you needed to store and cook fresh food.

To be improved

The Block the apartment is in is a bit ‘ tired’. For my stay, the Internet connection was supplied via a mobile dongle that was not good at all. It’s temporary as the fibre cable Router had broken the day before my arrival apparently.
