Shower did not work but would have been great if it did as would have saved us time in the morning prepping. Perhaps could have provided with more cleaning supplies like washing liquid.

There were issues, however, of which the management company need to be aware. Check in is by code. We stated that we would arrive after 5pm. We actually tried the door code at 4.50pm and the door would not open. It is possible that the digital lock is on a timer which will only allow entry after 5pm; if so, this information would have been useful. The keys to the garage were to found in the apartment, but no information as to where. After an intensive search the keys were found in a wardrobe with no clues as to their whereabouts. Regarding the garage keys: we were informed that the large key would open the garage door from the outside, it didn’t, but would open the door from the inside. This led to a rather complicated entrance procedure to the garage. Many items in the apartment we could not get to work effectively, there were no instructions to be found for any appliance, apart from the washing machine which worked fine. The TV in the living room appeared to be through a streaming box only and, despite intensive investigation with the remotes, it was not possible to effectively control TV channels. The TV in the kitchen did not work effectively at all. The dishwasher was malfunctioning as it didn’t release the tablet during use. The iron failed to function effectively. The spa bath and spa shower we couldn’t get to work in spa mode. There was no hair dryer, but when contacted, the management company provided one. There were no cleaning products provided: no tea towel, no washing-up liquid. There were only two large wine classes and very tiny cups. There was a breakfast bar in the kitchen, taking up a lot of room, with only bar stools to sit on. There was no dining table with comfortable chairs despite being room for one in the large living room The management company need to organise an employee to live in the apartment for a few days to see how frustrating some aspects of it can be.

One of the two showers didn't work, huge stains on the carpet and lots of cigarette burns on the sofa. Plus the staff were not real, just a chatbot giving pre-written messages. I've asked for the shower to be fixed, they promised to come the next day, they never did.

it was a little noisy outside for me because I sleep lightly but we would rent here again because the place was very nice.

The bed flat sheets and pillows cover did not smelled clean
