“Not my cup of tea”
The view in the morning was good , and cheap for 1 night stay , very good breakfast too
The road to access this location very bad!!!
“good place to go offline”
It's a camp site. Very good to stay for a hike to nearby Playa de Güigüí. The beach is meh, the location is besides abandoned farms. We enjoyed staying offline as there is no mobile reception and WiFi works only in the cabins, not at the shared area. Very good to stay offline and read a book. One of the receptionist/waiters was very friendly, active and helpful, while the two times the other staff was a bit lost in things. Food was delicious.
The cabin is very very simple, it was OK for us as we stayed in similars before, but it was unexpected to see so simple lodging in Spain :) They ran out of coffee on day two. If you want to stay in glamping — note that tents are quite close to each other and beach is 500m away, there's nothing romantic there.
“Stunning little oasis of calm”
What an amazing site with lots of different types of accommodation. We stayed in the two bed House, it had a really comfortable double bed with a triple bunk. The other room had quite a few bunks. Loads of room 👍🏻 The site is beautiful and so unique. So fabulous to get away from everything for a few days, I think it's the most relaxed I've been for years! 😊
Nothing it was all great
“The place is beautiful. The staff was helpful when we couldn't get to the place because we didn't have a car. Ho”
“In a middle of nowhere, not a good road, very basic but ok.”
Comfy bed Swimming pool
I got a cabin. There is just a bed. No bin, mirror, storage- nothing else, so if all you want is a sleep it is ok. However, to get there there is a very long, horrible road so it takes over 10-15min of a slow and boring ride with not very nice views. It’s next to a beach but not a very nice one, just rocky, with ppl staying there is camper-vans. There is no use of kitchen or a kettle. No hairdryer’s available or allowed to use! There is a restaurant serving food. There are no other local shops or amenities. Cabins are very close to each other, so are the dom tents. In the pool there are no inflatables allowed for some reason. Not even balls. Generally not many things are allowed there 🤣
“Stunning view, good breakfast service, kind staff. But DON'T come with bikes, don't make the same mistake as we did. According to Google Maps, the journey isn't hard, but don't let it fool you because it is, the roads are scary even with car, and there is no reception almost anywhere. We were basically stranded because we couldn't leave with our bikes, the nearest bus stop is far away, and no taxis were willing to pick us up. The staff was kind enough to take us and one of the bikes to the bus stop for a fee of 30 euros, but it was still a pretty traumatic experience, so whatever you do, only come with car. Also there was no heating inside our cabin and it was freezing at night, but the fact that the site was right by the ocean definitely outweighs it. There is no reception in the camping site at all, only wifi”
