The best

Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Enrico is very quick to reply to any message and he is super friendly.

To be improved

The building in which the apartment is situated in, is a little run down. They don't provide beach towels and the kitchen lacking in a few essentials.

“Modern and airy apartment ideal for our need”
The best

We liked the view and it was convenient for local facilities. The building was in the process of restoration when we were there, so it was quite messy and noisy at times.

To be improved

The lack of cleaning materials and having only one rubbish bag left for 2 weeks was inadequate. Potential renters should be aware the property is on the 8th floor which may not be suitable for everyone especially if there are any problems with heights. Lifts are available though.

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

To be improved

The inner yard is bit dated and looks little bit uncomfortable for sun bathing or swimming.
