Exceptional value for money in Las Palmas. Very spacious studio with large rooftop terrace that will be fully at your disposal, including grill. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has all that needed. Parking is not included, but it is quite easy to find a free street parking place in 2-3 min walking distance. And the location itself is actually pretty good and very close to the beach, and still in walking distance to city center.

We spent 3 weeks in this accommodation in Dec 2024 - January 2025. The host was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and nice and accommodating. He gave us advise when we needed it and even gave us a welcome gift! We also got an early check in and a late check out, much appreciated. The accommodation is great, especially the terrace! We loved it, it was nice to have breakfast there and also to sunbathe. The flat is clean and neat and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All services are close, there a grocery stores (Spar and Hiperdino) nearby, restaurants, and the Canteras beach is within easy walk. Also Las Arenas mall is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place and would come again! 10/10
