Very clean, modern, spacious, everything worked! Balcony was lovely, and beds were comfy. WiFi worked really well too!

To be improved

Unfortunately no AC so was a bit hot at some points.

“Excellent apartment”

The best

My 3rd time here. Everything was good in the apartment. Have everything what you will need for your vacation ..from iron to washing machine , vacuum and coffee machine. Also had towels for the beach +those for bathroom :) Great location-10 min to the beach and 5 to the center- Excellent

To be improved

The building is lit bit old , but apartment was wonderful. Everything inside was new.

The best

Very nice, compact apartment with all the facilities you need for a holiday. Very clean, with extra pillows, towels etc if required. Shower is excellent. The apartment is in a good location, and although close to a busy road, we never heard any excessive noise. Main hospital, and Guarda Civil police station are very close by, so area feels nice and safe. There are lots of bars, cafes etc close by, and there are two good sized supermarkets within 3 mins walk. The main resort bars etc are just a 10min walk down the road. A coffee at ''Bar Rosys'' is a must. Standard Spanish café/bar, with low prices. (out of building, turn right, walk for less than 1 min, café on RH side)

We tried to contact the host several times via the booking page to get details of how to collect key for the apartment, and they only replied after we had contacted Booking.com customer services two days before we were due to fly out. The hosts contact phone numbers for the apartment, on booking.com, do not connect/work? The reception area is manned, but they didn't know we were arriving, or who we were meant to be meeting. Only one key was given to us? Unless it is a single traveller staying, two keys would be better for a couple, in the event one person wants to stay out longer than the other. Building looks very old and dated, and would definitely benefit from work/upgrading. Next door apartment is a family's home, and the smell of cooking (curry) can be quite noticeable some days.

The best

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean. The kitchen is very well equiped (appliances, cups, plates, etc). The host is friendly and supportive. Close to the golden mile and main beaches.

To be improved

It is noisy. The apartment is next to a busy street with traffic from early morning to late at night. Also the noise from the adjacent and opposite apartments travels far.

“Wonderful relaxing holiday and would return at another time.”

Apartment very clean and modern and had everything one required for a holiday there. Close to a large supermarket and cafe/ restaurants and within 5 mins of the beach. Having the swimming pool in the apartment block was an added bonus. No noise at night so guaranteed a good nights sleep. Owner attentive to our needs and would always reply if I contacted her.

To be improved

Nothing to dislike but if you were nitpicking one would say the apartment block itself was rather rundown looking on first sight but had nothing to do with the apartment itself. I noticed hallways were cleaned most days plus plants cut back and they had even started to paint it whilst we were there but thats all it required anyway.
