“Amazing”

The best

Hotel is as in pictures, you get what you pay in this hotel. Very good breakfast. Location of this hotel is great. Hotel is near bus station and you have 10 minutes walk to reach min beach. Also, you are couple of minutes away from the centre of Tossa. Staff in the hotel are very kind. Even though most of them don't speak English well, they did their best to provide us with everything they could and to make our stay pleasant, they even prepared lunch packages for our flight on the last day. Near hotel is taxi station, they were very nice also. Tossa is amazing city, blue flag for the sea and the whole city is very clea. They have around 150 restaurants with domestic, authentic and delicious food with great portions and price. Sea is warm, people are very nice, great culture and things to see. It is not too hot during the day and in the night the temperature is around 20 degrees and you can sleep well. I would recommend this town to everyone, especially couples.

To be improved

There is no shadow on the beach, but you can buy or rent an umbrella so there was no problem with it. Also, there is a lot of waves because the open sea, but still great beach.

“I like Tossa de Mar, and the hotel it old and dated, but I enjoyed the stay, air conditioning is rubbish and the beds co”

It was ok, but my timing wasn’t good as loads of school trip children arrived and it’s not fair to others

No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms or a little fridge

Very bad wi-fi (didn't work for 3 days at all), average breakfast, lunch and dinner below average. Food is prepared in deep oil and s very greasy, but without spices. Dining room is in basement with no windows and sometimes there is no enough tables for all guests. Food is like recycling leftovers. Only one small elevator for 5 floors hotel. Mattress is covered with nylon so you become sweat. Not enough light in the room. Pool area is dirty.

“Good for one night stay”

Really nice location in front of the bus station and with incredible views from our window to the mountains.

To be improved

Poor buffet in the restaurant and not good alcohol for All Inclusive.. We couldn’t get drunk.
