“Great Holiday”

The best

Location; close to beach, Bars, Restaurants and Shops. We were on the second floor/room 503, which had great views. The room service was daily, but could be more thorough. There was plenty of storage space for your clothes in the bedroom. The Reception staff were very helpful with our enquiries. I have read reviews of the pool area, but I couldn't fault it apart from a lack of Parasols to the ends of pool-if guests don't like it they can go to beach and pay £10 a day for two beds.

To be improved

The property is tired looking and could do with a total upgrade. There is a lack of power points throughout the property. The floors require a good sweep and a deep clean(Grubby). You can't alter the shower head down to stop the water running outside the shower cubicle and onto the floor.

“Convenient location and Quiet”

The best

The balcony sea view was really nice. There was plenty of sunshine on the balcony at lunchtime and in the afternoon. There were a lot of friendly parakeets and finches flying around and they would perch on the balcony. The apartment was really big. A nice island kitchen and very spacious inside. The only negative I have was that there were not enough frying pans/ saucepans if you enjoy cooking multiple things. And there is no cooker/ grill in the apartment. I think also some bigger glasses e.g. pint sized ones and wine glasses would have been nice. And a decent knife for cutting. Apart from that the apartment was fine. There was a decent sized fridge and freezer compartment. And it also contained an ice cube tray. The pool was nice and cool. Had it mainly to ourselves after 5ish.

Perhaps some air conditioning in the bedroom would have been better. Although there was one in the living room. This was greatm The shower needs to be looked at as the water just splashes and leaks all over the bathroom floor. The doorway isn't big enough to prevent the water from flowing out onto the floor. Since it's a powerful shower, (it was an amazing shower), it was just a nuisance with constant puddles of water on the floor. A shower curtain or longer doorway would do the job. The other negative I have was that there were not enough frying pans/ saucepans if you enjoy cooking multiple things. Wasn't much of an issue, but it's something to be aware of when using self catering. There is no cooker/ grill in the apartment. I think also some bigger glasses e.g. pint sized ones and wine glasses would have been nice and some bowls. A decent knife for cutting would have been beneficial too. Apart from that the apartment was fine and I would stay again due to the location is right on the front. The place was quiet, staff were super friendly and it's right next to the local shops, restaurants, stalls and the mercadona big supermarket is 10-15mins walk down the road.

“Lovely staff but not the best appartments”

It was a great location as it was right off the strip. All staff were lovely and happy to help. Easy check in and out. Restaurants and shops close by. Very close to the beach.

To be improved

There was lots of mould, dirt and general damage to the apartment. On the first day my socks were filthy just from the ‘living room’ floor. We placed the sign on the bed to ask for our linen to be changed but once we came back the beds had been made but had stains on them that were previously there prior to our arrival. I wouldn’t say this is value for money at all but this is just my personal experience.
