Friendly staff. Very helpful and kind. Also a nice location.

More variety of drinks could be available for all inclusive option. Found the choices very limited. For example, mojito and sangaria ( very general) were not included in the options.

It was amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was very cosy and beautiful. We had allinclusive. The food was very tasty and had various options to eat. Amazing view on Dunas the Mas Palomas And location near by everything you need....the beach, bus station just around the corner...planty of bars...and fun things to do around.

“Rude Receptionist and Filthy stateroom”

There was a nice smell at the entrance of the lobby which made us believe the hotel is clean.

Javier, the reception staff was extremely unwelcoming and rude while checking us in, with no eye contact or any wish to help. Furthermore, the room was filthy, and after reporting it 3 times, the poor housekeeping staff who was wonderful came, apologised saying that room was so dirty that she needs to do it next day when she has enough chemicals to clean, as it was already 8 pm and this was not her area to clean. After calling reception and asking to speak to a Manager we were told that it is too late and they can not do anything. We need to call in the morning. In the morning we were unfortunate to meet Africa, the receptionist who was worse than Javier, who denied us speaking to a Manager saying it is Sunday and no one is available. After showing her dirty tissues from last night and pictures she simply said we have 400 satisfied customers, there is nothing we can do for you.
