“The hotel was very nice. We had all inclusive the food was amazing very good . The pool as well was pretty good. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful · Cons: They said they will provide the toiletries but i was very disappointed with that they give us one soap for both hair and body wash no separate shampoo and conditioners for the hair no toothpaste nothing. Also the cleaner was very rude the way she was speaking and the cleaning job she did it was very poor level.”

Overall taste of food, quite poor, wasnt for our liking. Selection of menus are wide but taste is very-very poor/bizarre. Like the cheapest ingredients possible, even coffee and black tea.

“It was very close to the beach and city. The kitchen was great, there was a choice of food! The Beach is very good! · Cons: The room was given on the top floor, the elevator only goes up to the 9th floor and you have to walk to the 10th floor. The top floor is very hot, the air conditioner barely worked.”

“Was full of with young people. They were drunk, laude , they didn’t care about others. Every single night I have had to shout outside to the pool as they were drinking and jumping in to the pool at 11pm….. my 1 year old daughter couldn’t sleep because of them…. I have massaged booking.com, complained to the hotel, no response at all. Our stay was ridiculous and unacceptable…”
