BLUESEA Montevista Hawai

Went there in March for my birthday with my daughter. Here is my Pros & Cons - Great location - surrounded by amenities such as beach, restaurants, bars night club, church and shops. Cons - Poor support/ help from staff - Lack of variety for food. Same food everyday - Small rooms - no WiFi for 3 days whilst there - Long queues for food - Payment collected for cups before you can get a drink - food taste/ coffee taste is horrible

Eric the receptionist, the hotel was really good : it was clean and all but eric was the best guy I ever saw working, you absolutely have to keep him

5 minute walk down to beach , supermarket across the road. Spacious room and balcony, cheap.

Loved it got what we paid for perfect shops are near there were lots of us and we had a great time staff were great and the food was as expected although lads did not much just drank

Lovely hotel lively atmosphere always someone to talk to from all over the uk and the continent never a full moment we had a whale of a time

We arrived for a short break. The reception was bright and clean The staff were friendly and helpful There was only one lift working and that was small, and took quite a while to arrive. The room was clean but dated. The beds were comfortable we had a bathroom with over bath shower but you could not have had a bath if you preferred as no plug. We had a TV on the wall it was a good size but not many programmes you could watch. There was a small balcony with two chairs and a small table we had a view of the roundabout. We then realised that there was no kettle in the room to make a drink and there was no were to get one only cold drinks. We were bed and breakfast so we got ready to go for a walk and look for somewhere to eat. The hotel is situated not far from the sea front and also from the shops. It is however situated at the top of a hill there was a supermarket across from the hotel with a café bar joining We did try the café for a snack it was cheap and good value. The breakfast the next morning was a buffet there was plenty of choice but the hot food was cold. The tea and other hot drinks were hot which is the only hot drinks we could have in the hotel. It was good for a short break but I personally could not go there for a week or two as a main holiday and eat the food. I can not comment on the lunch or the evening meal as we did not have these. There is also a small pool area but it was very crowded so we only went down once on the last day When we were returning home we did so before breakfast so we were given a packed breakfast which was a very good amount. Over all was ok but needs some updating and a kettle in each room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were bed and breakfast
