“Money stolen from room rude staff”

Extremely Disappointed – Money Stolen from Our Room We had a very upsetting experience during our stay. €150 in cash was stolen from our apartment, taken directly from our zipped personal bags which were hidden under piles of clothes. The only people who had access to our room were hotel staff, most likely the maids who came in to clean. There were clear signs our bags had been rummaged through, and both rooms in the apartment were affected. When we reported this to the receptionist — a woman with glasses — she showed no empathy whatsoever. Her only response was “hm, strange,” as if we were an inconvenience. We felt anxious, powerless, and completely unsupported. We were told to come back to speak to the manager or go to the police, that it wasn’t their responsibility. The following day, when we returned to speak with the manager, another receptionist told us again to go to the police. As a group of young adults on our first holiday in a foreign country, this was incredibly distressing. We had no money left to get a taxi to the police station, and while we were told a translator would be there, the situation felt hopeless. To make matters worse, even after the incident, the maids didn’t even make the beds or properly clean the room. The feeling of having your personal belongings invaded is horrible and deeply unsettling. The staff were cold, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to help. This was a terrible experience that ruined what should have been a happy holiday. We strongly urge others to avoid this hotel at all costs. It is not safe, and the staff show no concern for guests’ well-being.

The lack of sun-bed availability on premises - impossible to have a family day around pool. Bit beach is less than 5 minute walk.

“The location was excellent couldn't ask for better. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms where cleaned every other day to a high quality. Our air-conditioning was very good. · Cons: The rooms could do with up dating. The pool too small very slippy and the usual sunbeds being kept all day with towels. In the area at the back where it was the grass areas most of the sun loungers where broken and old and no umbrellas. The food and bar area at the pool wasn't great at all and most days dirty.”

There are over 100 sun beds in the pool area, EVERY day by 7.50, earlier some days they are all reserved. I sat there for two hours one morning and there were only 6 other people sitting on them!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous!
