“ok and comfortable for a day or two”
The best

I like the location of this hotel breakfast was ok has choices of salad /hot food /cereal/fruit/coffee/juice although I would have preferred more choice with the hot cooked breakfast.

To be improved

What is most noticeable at this hotel is the groups of young teen swimmers that seem to take over this small place and can make breakfast /lunch seem like you are in a school canteen.Some are ok and don't make too much noise at night others can be quite noisy.

Quiet, friendliness of staff, swimming pool, excellent food, billiard, location in a quiet green area, rooms perfectly clean, lovely atmosphere .

To be improved

Overall we liked it a lot, it could be improved with fridge facility in the room.

“A very pleasant family stay in this hotel”
The best

The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is pleasant and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The hotel is well located for the local shops and beaches. The hotel is quite peaceful and relaxing.

To be improved

The housekeeping staff had their supply room directly opposite our bedroom door so there was some noise in the mornings as they begin their duties - not terrible, but it would make sense to relocate this room away from the guest rooms. Also, better (or extra) pillows for more comfort.

“This hotel is not too far from the city center, and very close to a bus stop, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was fair—not exceptional, but decent enough to start the day. · Cons: there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I’m not sure what it was.”

“Great staff and location.”
The best

The staff, Marga is the greatest, nice and friendly also José, solving every request. The location is great, Colonia Saint Jordi is peaceful and beautiful.

To be improved

The room was too basic, the mattress worn out with lumps very uncomfortable, it didn't have a minibar, you have to pay for the safe and it's with a key. Also very noisy our room next to the stairs.
