Blume Cruz Suites

Excellent location; half an hour to/from the airport, five minute walk to Sol Metro Station or Atochas Train Station. Food, entertainment, shopping, site seeing all right there. We were surprised to see Pablo Alboran in Puerto del Sol singing new material from his upcoming album. Madrid has everything 24/7 and there are so many day trips. Excellent staff, rooms were soundproof too!

I was surprised at how good the isolation from the party street outside was.

The location is great, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff really nice. We had a room facing the street but the room has a double window door and it was really quiet at night. Rodrigo at the front desk is amazing, very friendly and helpful. He really goes the extra mile to help you.

Air con fantastic, kept apartment ambient temp. when it was close to 40 degrees outside Very friendly and helpful staff, Fariel was fantastic during checkin and breakfast, nothing too much trouble. Very caring, kind and knowledgeable about the area. Bed was really comfy, best I have slept in in a while. Location great perfect to be able to explore the area Room quiet and sound proof from outside

Blume was right in the heart of everything happening but with double glazing we couldn’t hear a sound from our room. Breakfast was fantastic for 10 euro. Carol on reception was more than helpful and Silvia in the kitchen was so happy and cooked an awesome omelette.

We had a superior room with balcony and it was very nice. The soundproofing is 10/10 both walls (didn’t hear neighbouring room at all) and glass doors onto balconies are superb. They cut 99% of noise from street. The staff were superb too. The property is spotless.
