THEY ALL OF THE SUDDEN CHANGE MY APPARTMENT. SAYING THAT THE BOOKED APARTMENT IS NOT AT THE GOOD CONDITION BECAUSE OF THE PREVIOUS GUEST.

THE HOSTING STAFF AND ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE IS NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL. EVEN THEY CHAT IN SPANISH ON WHATSAPP. YOU CAN NOT ASK AND TELL SOMETHING TO THEM. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO FIND THE SOMEONE FROM THE NEAR RESTURANT TO TRANSALTE THE THING. THEY ARE RENTING THIER PROPERTY TO TOURIST ALL AROUND THE WOLRD. THEY SHOULD KNOW ENGLISH.

“SCAM! DO NOT BOOK HERE!”

Nothing. It is a scam. The property doesn't exist and the owner didn't reply, so we had to find another place to stay for the night the same day. And booking didn't do anything. Customer service not existent.
