Neighbours were super rude and complaining about noises that never happened. The staff rang me several times, asking about the noise and they could double check there was any.

A cozy and well-equipped apartment in Madrid, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, the noise from outside was quite disruptive, making it difficult to fully relax.

Very clean and well equipped appartment

To be improved

this was a residential building with no reception, the electronic key via phone didn’t work on each occasion to open the door. Aircon is also a mobile unit that cools the room from the front but heats from the back. Also a lack of curtains on the windows.
