Location is perfect very closed to everything.

Comunication very POOR, Apartment have problems with eletrical power you can NOT use air condition together kitchen or water boiler if you have a eletrical load fuse disarm, took us 3 days to someone show up to explain the problem but still the same, they replace eletrical fuse but eletrical problem still the same. We have some cold days and we were not able to shower 3 person in line because water boiler very small and never heat enought water for all 3 and not able to warm the room with air condition becse eletrical defect...
