The best

The department is well appointed. It has a nice view of the river across the street. It is spacious.

To be improved

The washing machine got stuck on the wash cycle and left my clothes sopping wet in soapy water. The manager said he would send someone by the next day, but never did. The neighborhood is extremely loud With bars and restaurants and pedestrians all up and down the street The upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, scraping and stomping and clumping at all hours of the night.
