We knew the area. We liked the location.

To be improved

The mix up over keys. Keys were not in the box indicated. It took 1hour and 20 minutes to get into the apartment. We were 2 sisters and one brother in our seventies. It was after midnight and it was cold. My nephew who lives in Malaga and speaks Spanish came to the rescue and ascertained that the cleaning lady left the key in the wrong box. The lift was out of order. The following day there was no hot water and it seemed the boiler was not on. The final straw was when a neighbour rang our bell saying that someone had destroyed her plants and something about an Ash tray. We do not smoke!

We only got 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 nighta for 6 people, we had a tiny bit of dish washing liquid and we didnt get soap
