“Just perfect”

The best

Location was just perfect, you walk out of the garden and you are on the beach, beautiful one. They also really care about the small details. We were beyond amazed by finding everything we needed (and more) in our apartament - little things such as salt, pepper, a pot and a pan in the kitchen really make life easier. Toys in the garden that you can take to the beach or just play with.. how awesome is that! Family, quiet atmosphere was lovely, you can really relax there. We left for a different place in the west side of the island, but we already miss Alcudia and Bonavida. If we ever come back to Mallorca, this is where we will stay again! Thank you

To be improved

As someone already mentioned, there was a little smell in the evening when everybody was probably showering. But we could smell it not only there, so probably more of a town's issue, than Bonavida's itself. Materace a bit too hard on my back

The location is perfect, next to the beach, showers available in the garden and a lot of loungers to relax in the shade. The personnel is helpful and friendly.

To be improved

The breakfast was very good and plenty, but as an added on extra, it would have been nice to have a full kitchen available so that you can order a warm lunch or dinner at the property. This was not an issue though, as the location is perfect to have 5 min walk and reach plenty of shops and restaurants.

“Amazing stay hotel is perfection!”

Received a warm welcome on arrival, very helpful and friendly staff. We did not eat within the hotel however the food did look amazing.

To be improved

Accommodation was very comfortable with amazing Sea views with 2 balconies. I would highly recommend this hotel has a calm and relaxed vibe.

As a family stayed one week at this place and everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
