“Highly recommended”

The best

The house was quite spacious, and the view was magnificent. The location is very convenient because there is a bus stop a metro and renfe station nearby. Although the check-in process was done fully virtually, we didn’t experience any trouble, and if we have questions we were assisted in a short period of time.

“Great apartment with terrific terrace view and next to the metro station in the city center”

The best

We stayed in apartment 1 with terrace. And I must say the view with Barcelona skyline and Casa Mila from the terrace together with the location in the city center next to Diagonal metro station make this apartment a really perfect location. The apartment has all the essential stuff - AC, TV, Wifi (however unstable at times) sunprooff blinds. The locks to doors work with phone app and this was fine. There are plenty of restaurants and a few groceries in the area. Metro is just 20 meters from the apartment.

To be improved

Some small things - the sofa bad is a bit old and rusty, the elevator is tiny (but it's an old building so it's normal, I guess), general apartment feeling is a bit of in a need of refreshing, the shower has glass doors to the hall (but opening WC door covers it somehow). The apartments are run by an agency, so there is no personal 'touch' with owners and no salt and pepper in the kitchen :-) Small things, but generally the view and location win here.

“Good, Spacious apartment for family”

Location is great, central, close to many attractions and metro is just outside of the building. Getting to the apartment was easy and with smart keys we could check-in/out anytime :)

To be improved

One of the bathroom door is difficult to close/open.

“A disappointing stay overall, with poor sleep comfort and outdated facilities.”

The only real highlight is the terrace with the view. If that’s not a priority for you, you can definitely skip this apartment.

To be improved

We stayed in this apartment and were quite disappointed. The bathroom is very outdated, with broken furniture, and the couch in the living room urgently needs to be replaced—it makes so much noise that even turning over can wake you up, so even the kids couldn’t sleep well.
