Check-out was supposed to be at 11am, as stated in my reservation. I asked if we could stay just 45 minutes longer and was initially told yes, but then that changed to no. To make things worse, the cleaning agency asked me to leave before 10am—even though I had paid until 11am. They told me, quite unpleasantly, that another guest was arriving at 1pm(even though the official check-in time is 3pm) and as a consequence I had to leave max by 10am . It felt like I was being pushed out early just because they had decided to let the next guest check in sooner, without informing me. After paying considerable money for my vacation, I expected to enjoy them without being put under unnecessary pressure—especially due to poor planning on their part. Being rushed to leave earlier than the agreed check-out time, was unfair and disappointing. I was also told the owners would be notified. The way this was handled really impacted the overall experience.

In general not much to mention except that the apartment was not 100% setup yet, with some work pending like installing a curtain rail. Also the internet router had to be switched and caused some confusion one afternoon, followed by one day not having internet.
