We would like to thank Denys for being such a great host. He went the extra mile and made our stay absolutely stress free! The house was clean and very comfortable, we found everything we needed for our stay. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped development, the house is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Playa Elche - beautiful beach with very fine sand. Late in the evening we would take a 20 min stroll to the local promenade with a number of nice restaurants and souvenir shops. Another plus point of the development was swimming pools. The pools were clean, not crowded, pleasant and relaxing! Highly recommend!

Very good location! Surrounding is nice, bungalows are in a green and beautiful park. Walking distance to the beach. Free and safe street parking. Noted that bungalows are located in a turnkey fenced quarter with very beautiful garden on the territory, the bungalows are built wall to wall, but the neighbors do not interfere with each other. A key is issued for all entrances to the quarter. This is very convenient because you can live with an entrance from the street and be able to have exit to the beachside. There is a open air swimming pool, but you need to have key to enter, ask the contact manager for the key.
