“So disgusting we had to sleep in our car!”

We arrived there late at night after 7hours of driving only to find the bedsheets really dirty, stained with black disgusting stains, hairs, pubic hairs, cockroaches in the kitchen area, a really dirty shower and a horrible smell. We had to leave and sleep in our car. Now it's the next day, late in the afternoon and we still have no answer from the property. We are afraid of not getting our 100€ damage deposit back. We want our money back or we will sue. This place is in no condition for living!

Everything. For starters there is NO PARKING. The toilet was broken. The bathroom smells horrible. There were open bottles of alcohol in the fridge. There were cockroaches
