“overall a decent place, but beware of false advertisement”

location, overall facilities and overall maintenance. washing, cooking facilities, adequate furniture.

To be improved

air conditioning was not functional despite the advertisement. they provided fans after significant protest. no refund/concession for the absence of advertised facility. fixtures broken... room and bathroom doors do not close or lock. wall tiles and skirting had come off.

“Don’t read description it’s all lies”

Can’t give an accurate review because I didn’t stay here due to then not having air conditioning. I was escorted off the premises and my son and I found a nicer hotel to stay at.

To be improved

The thermostat to the air conditioner was ripped from the wall. When I asked the agent he said I could open the doors for ventilation. I called booking to try to resolve and get a refund but the real estate company refused to cancel my booking and issue a refund and booking didn’t help with the matter either.
