I paid for a 25 m2 room, we got a room 2x smaller: one 2x3 m2 and 1 on the mezzanine with only space for a bed! In the room a two-person sofa and a cabinet with a sink, no table and chairs or wardrobe! The cleaners allowed us to move to a larger room. The chairs and the table had to be moved from the pseudo terrace (stairs surrounded by a high wall) to the room, typical garden furniture, wobbly, with gaps between the slats, not suitable for eating or anything else. Asking for a change did nothing. Very slow internet. Many other shortcomings. Dark room, two light bulbs wrapped in something like a rag, as the owner says there is no need for more, because the room is bright - but not at night. Communication only via whatsapp, Eric never answered the phone. Generally poor, low comfort and standard.

“It was a nice building in a nice area, however I would not return or recommend facility, see below. · Cons: The Bed was not fit to sleep in. The bed was con-caved in the middle, so you rolled into the centre of the bed, once you fell asleep, so did the person sharing the bed with you. There were two of us, we were only provided with one cup and one glass , we had to ask for two days via numerous text to get a second cup and glass. We were told at the beginning of the stay we would receive fresh towels every third day and our apartment would be cleaned and new sheets would be put on the bed after 5 days. We stayed for 9 days, the sheets were never changed, we received fresh towels once. I requested these services several times through text and was ignored . On the second last day, I finally was able to talk to the staff who checked us in, as he was at the building, I brought him into our unit, informed him we did not receive any services we were told on the onset of our stay we would get, I showed him the garbage piled up in the corner in bags, as the staff did not empty our garbage once and there was no outside bin to take it to, at this point he told me he is only the key holder. I would not recommend this facility.”

The location was not too bad, as the tram and metro line 1 were nearby with a maximum 9 minute walk.

The apartment was not cleaned properly, seems like they just mopped the floor instead of vacuuming so the dirt was just spread around the floor, there was hear and crumbs all over the floor, and the apartment had a very unpleasent smell. Moreover, they ask you for a 100 Euro deposit when you check in, that we payed in cash. After we checked out they said they will send it over by bank transfer, while trying to reach out to them they were unresponsive and later on said that they can only sedn it back to a Spanish bank account which is absolutely absurd. Had to invlove some spanish friends to help us out. Overall, it seemed like they were just trying to find ways to keep the deposit to themselves. Would not suggest for anyone to rent this property.

The apartment in itself was ok.

We had reserved a late check in, but no one was there to open the door. We waited for over an hour in front of the apartment until about 2 a.m. and when no one came, decided to spend the night in another hotel. I missed a call at 5:30 a.m. (when we were finally sleeping in a bed) rudely saying we had to check in, and the host didn‘t even properly apologise. Upon arrival at the venue we were still asked to pay the deposit of 100 EUR in cash, which was never paid back. I contacted the host again a few days after our departure and he ignored the messages. Very rude and a scammer!! His tone was also very rude and condescending even though at this point he should be begging the clients for forgiveness…
