“Solid apartment in a chill part of the city!”

The best

Nice clean apartment in a safe, quiet part of the city. About 5 minutes from Joanic metro station and bus stops. Kitchen is modern and well equipped with modern essentials, plates and cutlery etc. 15 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and about 15-20 minutes to Park Guell. Good wi-fi. Hosts are reasonably responsive via WhatsApp. Overall, a good location in Gracia neighborhood to use as base to explore Barcelona and surrounding areas.

To be improved

Wish the bathroom had an air extraction fan rather than needing to open the small side window (not a major problem but will be nice). Living room sofa could be changed but is functional. A/C worked great but appeared to develop a fault on last day; wasn't a problem as it wasn't too warm and apartment has good ventilation if windows are opened. Hope it is fixed for warmer months. Pre-arrival check in form required entering passport information and other details for all guests (I thought it was OTT but I understand it's normal for Barcelona).
