This would be a very good option for larger groups travelling on a budget. There are kitchen facilities that would make self-catering an easy option. However, this is not hotel-class accommodation for a couple, which we have experienced in the region for similar cost.

To be improved

Two single duvets on a double bed. A distinct smell of dogs. However, pets are allowed in this accommodation, which will be useful for some travellers.
