“Appartement is nice, 3 AC units in the app, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, spacious, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer,...I am not sorry to choose this appartement. The host Adrian vas extra nice!!! Location had a nearby metro Valencia station wich we used all the time to travel all around Valencia. · Cons: The only thing I was not happy was the bar in front of the appartement. Bar closes at 00.00 and until then you could her the customers chatting. It was not very disturbing.”

Appartement is nice, 3 AC units in the app, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, spacious, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer,...I am not sorry to choose this appartement. The host Adrian vas extra nice!!! Location had a nearby metro Valencia station wich we used all the time to travel all around Valencia.

To be improved

The only thing I was not happy was the bar in front of the appartement. Bar closes at 00.00 and until then you could her the customers chatting. It was not very disturbing.

The best

We are a family of 6, kids age 17, 14, 13, 8. We liked everything, seriously nothing to complain about. Apartment looks nice & cosy, street level no lift or stairs, it is fully equipped of everything, consist in 1 double bedroom, 2 single beds, and sofa bed which is big enough. 2 bathrooms and a little yard.

To be improved

In the area.. 3 mins walk you find a little supermarket “Charters,” a butcher @ a cafeteria, bus stop is 2 mins away, although the area is quite. The only cons is just there is one TV.

Location furniture and organization were great. Lots of amenities.

To be improved

There was a very bad sewage smell. The host said it was from rain. The green tiles in the bathroom had some mold on them but the white tiles were very clean.
