The original information was not sufficent to get access to the appartment, after downloading whatsapp we were told to collect the keys at another place. Not the best service after a long day of travel.

Nothing. They cheated us! The booking was cancelled and they didn't return us the money. We never entered the apartment. The woman of the house kept lying to us. Unacceptable. She HAS TO RETURN OUR PAYMENT SINCE WE NEVER STAYED THERE.

To be improved

The apartment wasn't clean and available on the time of the booking. We paid immediately by card and when we arrived there the landlord didn't reply to our calls. We had to call more than 3 times to get an answer, saying that the apartment wasn't cleaned yet!!!We waited for 20 minutes as requested but nobody appeared. Then we notified the landlord that the booking has been cancelled to proceed on the cancellation from their side. Instead of that she kept laying as if we were staying in the apartment. WE NEVER ENTERED THE APARTMENT AND WE WANT OUR REFUND FROM THE CANCELLATION ASAP.

The best

The apartment was perfect for a family of 5, Metro was a 2 minute walk and 2 stops to the centre of madrid or a 20-minute walk to the main street, but every road along the way was busy with shops and restaurants 24-hour supermarket 2 minutes walk.

The location was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and to have the use of WiFi was a bonus.

To be improved

Only one set of keys . Could have had more easy chairs in the lounge area one sofa is not enough for the number of people that could use the apartment.
