The location of this apartment was quite good. The adequacy of the equipment in the house is very good, but I cannot say the same thing in terms of cleanliness. Unfortunately, there were obvious stains and wear on the sheets, and I would like to point out that the pre-entry cleaning was not done successfully. Other than that, we did not have any problems during our stay for a week. It was a very peaceful and quiet process.

Finally, I wish your team members in the welcome or question/answer section were more helpful and positive. It was sad that I could not get an answer to any of the questions I asked about the product I may have forgotten after my stay.

The apartment looks nice but some of the mattress and covers were stained. The location is not very center but it is close to the metros and shopping area.

To be improved

I had been to others rental apartments in Barcelona and the staff from this one was not very helpful. I had to pick up my keys from another location after informing someone that called me the arrival time. Then when I arrive, they said the person had to leave because whoever called me did not informed them of it. I had to go to another apartment and walk with my bags to the place I was staying. The communication from this company is so bad that I didn't feel comfortable at my stay. I don't think I will rent here again. With so many choices in Barcelona for Air BNB is not worth it.
