“Terrible … pick different hotel or apartment if you don’t want this holiday to be your nightmare”

Nothing … maybe just location

To be improved

Attitude of personal … extremly arrogant and helpless Light wasn’t working in half of the apartment and personal didn’t do nothing although we kindly asked them Check in wasn’t possible when it should be They refused talk to me in english although I said that that I don’t know spanish
