The best

Location was excellent, but be aware if your stay is during Carnival, Sleeping will be tough. Good value for money in that area. There is a balcony but very narrow.

Perfect location for the purpose of our trip,loads of coffeeshops and supermarket around to grab a nice breakfast. Fast and great communication with the host, easy check in and out😉 Less than 5 min walk to the beach, plenty or restaurants around the property.

To be improved

No double glazed windows anywhere, the evening street noise and the garbage truck will keep you awake for some time, there was a fight also in the building, screaming and doors banging too😔. Disappointed that the toilet seat was the cheapest on the market,only one toilet roll provided and no form of soap or any other toiletries. I would suggest a mattress and pillows protector 😉

Check in with Agustin was so easy! He met us at the apartment with keys, showed us in and gave us some stellar recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The property was clean and very well equipped, we particularly appreciated the beach towels and washing machine! It’s also perfectly located, right near everything but not in the thick of it.

To be improved

The bathroom could be improved with a ventilation fan.

The best

The apartment was very clean and tidy when I got there. Agustin one of the owners was very friendly and made me feel welcome, as a result I felt at home on the first day. All of the facilities mentioned on booking.com were available and working. A big plus is the apartment is very central and close to so many different super markets, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay there again if I was going to Tenerife.
