The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. We ate out during our stay so did not really need to use the kitchen for cooking, but it appeared to have everything that you would need. The wi-fi was good, and although we did not use it much, the television had access to some apps we were able to use. The location is ideal for the 'old town' quarter which is a 5 minute walk away.

To be improved

Our main disappointment was that the area is noisy, mainly due to a hostel which appears to be catering for groups of young people (possibly schools) and even with the windows shut and blinds down, we were still disturbed. Also there were building works outside the apartment which started at around 6.30am. This may have been in preparation for the upcoming 'Holy Week' celebrations, but I did notice workmen in the ground floor of a neighbouring property on the date of leaving. It did not spoil our trip overall, and I'm of the opinion that it would only be solved with double glazing, but it might become an issue for those on longer stays, particularly at weekends.

Really well appointed apartment, was nicely furnished, super clean, and the kitchen was thoughtfully fitted out with everything to make yourself at home and cook if you wanted to. Was a nice space for relaxing too - good sized living area, bathroom and kitchen - bigger than we expected! Really convenient to all of the Seville sights too.

To be improved

We loved the stay, however it is down the road from a hostel, and both nights we stayed there was a lot of noise from young people returning to the hostel late at night at various times. It says a lot about how nice the apartment is for us to have happily disregarded the noise because it was overall a really comfortable stay, it was one of our favorite apartments during our trip. Just bring ear plugs in case. Other comments about an occasional damp smell are accurate, but it's just an older building I think, its appears recently renovated and was very clean.
