Bonito, Práctico y muy bien comunicado

The apartament has a great location , closer the subway station and some groceries stores. The host it was very helpful . In addition , the apartment was excellent , had everything we need , very clean , with many scents that made the apartment with a great smells I felt like home.

The apartment is really good and very clean. Is situated on the first floor in a middle size building with lift. The neighbourhood is very quiet and very clean. Parking spaces are located around the building and there is plenty of parking. The flat has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.), a large hallway, a bathroom with window, a living room and the kitchen. Very clean and everything in perfect order. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Our five-day stay was really good. Near the apartment there are several bars where you can enjoy typical sweets and excellent coffee. Within a five-minute walk you will find the supermarket and several good restaurants. The metro (line 9) is a 10-minute walk away. Sergio ( the owner) is always ready to help and very courteous. This flat is truly TOP!

Apartment was very comfortable, and our host was very helpful. We enjoyed it and we can recommend other guests to choose it for their stay in Madrid!

Communication with the owner was very easy, he would react at any day/time to a WhatsApp. Accommodation is spacious enough for 5 people, is good enough equipped, and located close to metro and bus access to get to the city in a reasonable time. Located in a nice and quiet part of town.

100% recommended, we loved it, very comfortable, everything was very clean, there are several supermarkets nearby, there is a bus stop very close that takes you to the city center in a short time and the host (Sergio) makes you feel like you are at home, I would definitely repeat.
