Convenient location, quiet side street. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and not cluttered.

To be improved

The flat is never visited by sun light. Its orientation means that you always need artificial lights, of which they are plenty. Such a contrast with the conditions outdoors

“A fully equipped apartment near Ondarreta beach”
The best

This house was well located, there were lots of small restaurants, a supermarket and a bust stop just around the corner. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and two bathroom, plus a washing machine and a dryer for laundry. We had some difficulties with parking but the host helped us and we had a feeling that she was always ready to help us if needed.

To be improved

The double bed was otherwise comfortable but every time you turned, it made noise. After a few nights we got used to it though :)

Good communication responses- rapid help solving a WiFi issue while showing a willingness to go that extra step. Felt like a genuine interest in making our stay a positive experience through regular but unobtrusive online contact both in answering questions and to 'check in' to ensure our experiences were good.
