“It's all about the location, the rest needs a lot of work”

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Malaga, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Everything you need is within walking distance. Despite being in a central location, the apartment is very quiet, with all the windows facing internal shafts, effectively blocking out any street noise. The apartment is a good size for a family; we stayed with two adults and two children (ages 6 and 3) and found it quite comfortable. The sitting room is nicely furnished. Additionally, the elevator is a good size and easily accommodated all our luggage and strollers during check-in and check-out.

To be improved

We encountered several issues during our stay. The apartment was not very clean on our arrival, with hair found on the ground in the corners. The bathroom was a mess, with a broken shower head, a broken toilet flush button, and broken parts in the main bathtub. The lighting was also disappointing; although the pictures showed a well-lit space with many windows, all the windows face walls, making the apartment feel dim and claustrophobic. Additionally, the washing machine leaked water onto the kitchen floor during a cleaning cycle, making it unusable. The TV did not have YouTube or Netflix, which was a bit disappointing for the kids. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, so it wasn't urgent, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, we had a few issues during our stay, but the central location and quiet environment were definite pluses. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this apartment could be a good choice for families visiting Malaga.

“Fantastic apartment right in the heart of old Malaga city centre”

The best

Clear instructions provided with easy access to associated key safe. Property was in an excellent area right in the centre of the old city but was quiet. Apartment appointment was first class with comfortable bedding, very clean bathroom facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. A short walk from public transport make this the perfect Malaga hub.
