The spa is supposed to be the main highlight of the hotel, but booking it was a real challenge every time. On the first day of our arrival, the lock was broken, and we couldn’t get in touch with the administrator to properly reserve access - our attempts were often ignored. The next day, the administrator was on vacation altogether. After check-out, the spa is only available for an additional fee and only if you manage to catch the administrator. (We had late evening flight and check-out is max 11:00, but they pushing you to check-out early) The spa area itself, especially the outdoor zone, is quite nice. However, the barbecue was not working, and the jacuzzi is old and poorly maintained, with a warning sign limiting use to 15 minutes. Additionally, the spa is located between someone else's room and a sun terrace, so expect to see strangers walking through the area regularly. The dishes in the room were very clean and plentiful, but the ones provided in the spa area were worn and dirty, and we couldn’t use them. Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout the hotel. In our room, we could only connect to the 2.4 GHz network, which was quite slow. The 5 GHz network did not work at all, and in the spa area, neither network was available. I am leaving this review with a negative rating because the hotel promotes the spa as its main attraction, which turned out to be far below expectations. I would rate their communication with guests a 2 out of 10.

While we really appreciated the fantastic location, we did find that it came with a fair amount of noise, especially in the evenings. The apartment is close to a live music venue, which meant late-night crowds gathering and dispersing well past midnight. There’s also a restaurant just outside the bedroom window, which made it hard to keep the space quiet or open to light and air--had to keep the curtains closed. In terms of cleanliness, the apartment wasn’t quite up to the standard we expected. There was visible dust under the bed and on some surfaces, and the oven had crumbs left from the previous guest. Additionally, the bed was not particularly comfortable, which made it harder to fully relax during our stay. Overall, while the location and amenities were excellent, some improvements in cleanliness and comfort would really elevate the experience.
