The advertised ad I.ages showed a large patio sofa. However, the cushions for it, stored in the smaller bedroom , we were told could not be placed outside as "they were not waterproof". The ad states nothing about u being unable to use the patio furniture. Likewise, there was a dispute on departure regarding the prepaid cleaning fee that was already paid by us. The owner expected us to completely clean and leave the property spotless. Please note that we swept all rooms daily and cleaned both bathrooms with our own cleaning products prior to leaving. However, we did not mop the floors because of the prepaid cleaning fee and the floors not being non-slip. Likewise, we were not happy with the very dirty floor rug in the living room that had obviously not been vacuumed and shampooed. Ugh, how disgusting! In summary, would not recommend renting this property, as it appears too much misrepresentation of the property's advertised features and a total communication breakdown with the owner whose mother language is not English with even with a Google translator app The owner and his agent did not at all times communicate thru booking.com messenger and our mobile number at WhatsApp registered with Booking.com.. The whole experience has left us feeling angry and let down.
